IOP

IOP Publishing is a world leader in scientific publishing and the electronic dissemination of physics. Our expanding portfolio includes a number of exceptional journals, magazines and websites across many scientific, technical and medical disciplines. We were the first to publish all of our journals in electronic form. We have continued this reputation for innovation with the full digitization of our complete Journal Archive in 2002, and with the introduction of web products and services for the STM community, including physicsworld.com, medicalphysicsweb.org, and now http://IOPscience.iop.org. IOP Publishing is a not-for-profit society wholly owned by the Institute of Physics, a scientific membership organization devoted to increasing the understanding and application of physics.

Nanoscribe produces compact and easy-to-operate table-top laser lithography systems, allowing for true three-dimensional nanostructures in commercially available photoresists with feature sizes below 150 nm. With systems installed throughout Europe Nanoscribe’s technology enables researchers to be creative in their three-dimensional designs: Applications range from nanophotonics over microfluidics and materials science to cell biology.

In addition to laser lithography systems, Nanoscribe provides photoresists specially developed for the needs of 3D laser lithography from in-house developments: IP-L, IP-G as well as As2S3. Finally, also technical advice is offered in casting 3D polymer templates into metals or semiconductors.
